Like any other countries in South East Asia, Vietnam has rich cuisine which seems mostly influenced by Chinese or some neighboring countries. Their recipes use a various range of herbs, including lemongrass, mint, Thai basil leaves, Vietnamese mint and long coriander together with beef, pork, chicken, fish, and various kinds of seafood. Rice paper, spring rolls and different kinds of noodles are also well-known.
Traditionally, Vietnamese cuisine is wholly admired for freshness of the ingredients and the healthy eating chic. See our recommended listing below and hope you will enjoy eating out when you visit Vietnamese.
